Our Story

NexUp Initiative began in 2020 by engaging with young men, boys and masculine youth in our communities. NexUp supports spaces for youth to engage in the work that DUDES Club does by bringing voices to the table that address the needs of a younger demographic.

    Acknowledging with gratitude the traditional stewards of this unceded ancestral land and territories of the xwməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), Səl̓ílwətaʔ/ Selilwitulh (Tsleil- Waututh) and many other Nations’ families, communities and their descendants. Respecting the ancestors, supernatural ones, hereditary leaders and matriarchs, creatures big and small for looking after the rich resources and cultural teachings of this beautiful land.
