Cultural Wellness

Location: 626 Powell Street
All Ages

Through the options of one-on-one visits with an Elder, attending drum circle led by one of our Knowledge Keepers, or any of our weekly, culturally based workshops and circles led by our Cultural Wellness Team; we support the development of positive identity and connection through relationships that are non-judgmental and grounded in compassion. Offerings include: Elder visits to attend to your mental, spiritual, & emotional health, Elder led circles, as well as workshops and community outings based on culture, cultivating joy and building relationships. Cultural medicines, teachings and practices have healed our communities since time immemorial. Kilala Lelum Elders invite you to experience the healing power of sacred medicines, wherever you are on your healing journey.

Everyone is welcome.
